L'Assemblée

Completed in 1946, by the French architect Auguste Perret, the Assembly reflects all the technical and aesthetic potential of concrete. Seat of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, the 3rd assembly of the Republic after the Senate and the National Assembly, it enjoys an exceptional geographical location in the 16th arrondissement of Paris with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The majestic movement of the staircase, the sequence of columns and claustras constitute a unique ensemble of the most innovative of modern architecture.

For a solemn conference, the Hemicycle is the ideal space. With a diameter of 25m, it is surmounted by a double dome and can accommodate 418 people, 238 divided into 3 bays of red chairs and 180 in the grandstand. This space has all the necessary equipment in terms of audio and video to ensure the quality of your interventions.

The centrepiece of the building is the Hypostyle room, 50m long and 18m wide. Its architecture is resolutely modern. The ceiling reveals concrete beams forming caissons into which oak panels are inserted. It is supported by 20 rows of 10 impressive fluted columns. This modular and customizable space can accommodate 900 people for cocktails or 510 people for dinner.

The Assembly offers 5 other rooms for more intimate meetings or lunches, with capacities from 40 to 250 people.
